Whole Wheat Pancakes




1 Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.

2 Combine all wet ingredients in large bowl.

3 Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir well to combine.

4 Cook on non-stick skillet. Makes around 20 pancakes!

Blueberry Baked Oatmeal



1 Combine all the dry ingredients (oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, flaxseed, and baking powder) in a large bowl.

2 In a medium sized bowl combine all liquids (almond or soy milk, applesauce, and vanilla). 

3 Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine. Gently stir in blueberries.

4 Place in a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350° degrees for 35 minutes.
