Veggie Burger



1 Sauté onion in veggie broth for 5-7 minutes until tender.
2 Blend oats, set aside
3 Blend walnuts and spices together, set aside
4 Mash black beans, set aside
5 In a large bowl combine onions, BBQ sauce, oats, walnuts, spices, rice, and mashed potatoes.
6 You can cook these on a non-stick skillet or grill. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

Recipe makes about 10 patties.
