The first layer:

Mix together and place on top of first layer spread evenly.

The third layer:


1 Steam in about a cup of water the 2 cups of finely chopped mushrooms, one cup finely chopped onions, and one cup finely chopped green peppers. Cook until soft. Save liquid.

2 In a jar with lid mix flour, vegetable broth, and water; shake well.

3 In large frying pan put mushrooms, peppers, onions and saved liquid. Also add the liquid you just shaked in the jar at a high heat stirring constantly to make gravy.

4 Add garlic, salt, browning sauce and Braggs Liquid Aminos to gravy and continue to stir until it thickens to a gravy consistency.

5 Add cooked Bulger Wheat to gravy. Layer the mix in a 9/13 lasagna casserole dish.

6 Mash potatoes with one tsp of crushed garlic, almond milk (the amount to the consistency you like), and add salt and pepper to your taste.

7 Add mashed potatoes as the third layer and spread evenly.

8 Bake at 350° degrees for 45 minutes.
