- 3 cups almond or soy milk
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
2 Combine all dry ingredients in medium sized bowl.
3 Combine all wet ingredients in large bowl.
4 Pour dry ingredients into wet and stir until combined.
5 Pour into 9x12 pan and cook for 40 minutes.
