Banana Oatmeal Walnut Muffins



1 Stir all dry ingredients including flour, oatmeal, baking powder, flaxseed, sea salt, and brown sugar in large bowl.

2 Stir liquid ingredients including almond milk, applesauce, vanilla, and maple syrup in medium sized bowl. Mash up the 2 bananas and add to liquids.

3 Pour liquids into bowl of dry ingredients and stir well to combine. Add in the chopped walnuts and stir.

4 In an oven preheated to 350° degrees pour muffin batter into an ungreased 12 muffin pan. Bake for 22 minutes.
