Banana Nut Muffins

I whipped up a batch of these banana nut muffins today...they are so moist, delicious, and super easy to make. They are dairy-free and full of flavor. Just make sure to use very ripe bananas...

Instructions:

Dry ingredients:
-1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup finely diced walnuts

Wet ingredients:
-2 mashed bananas
-1 cup almond milk
-1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions;

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Stir together dry ingredients.
3 Stir together wet ingredients in separate bowl.
4 Slowly pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring as you go.
5 Once dry and wet ingredients are mixed together add in the walnuts and gently stir.
6 Spoon into non-stick muffin pan.

Makes 12 muffins. Bake for 20 minutes.
