As you may know, I have been on a whole foods, plant-based diet for over 3 years now. The results on my health have been very significant. From a critical loss of 65 pounds to a reduction in pain and symptoms of other health conditions, it is hard to argue against the benefits of a plant-based diet when the positive results are staring me in the face. My diet has evolved over time to remove dairy products and oils as well. Of course, one of the struggles many face when exploring this lifestyle is being unsure of what to eat.
